My kids love when I make spaghetti for dinner and they think it looks fancy. I love making this too because it is a quick vegan meal. It’s  a regular in our dinner rotation because it is only £0.43 per person and even the picky kids will eat most of it.

The most expensive part of this meal is the vegan “meatballs.” If your budget is extra tight you can substitute them for some lentils for protein. You can also easily make this WFPB by using lentils whole wheat spaghetti and making the garlic bread yourself with a whole wheat baguette and garlic powder.

Don’t worry, there is a full serving of spaghetti pictured! Some of it is just under the salad and the garlic bread. Of course you can always adjust the portion size to fit your needs and preferences.
